VisitDenmark looking for guinea pigs

Free trips to Denmark on offer

Following on from the success of the Australia tourism viral campaign offering the "best job in the world", the Danish tourism organisation, VisitDenmark has launched a campaign offering families, couples and friends the chance to "be their guinea pig" and test Danish hospitality, hotels and holidays.

For the lucky guinea pigs, Visit Denmark will pay for transport to Denmark and accommodation.
You can sign up until March 31st 2009. The trips must be taken during 2009 in the suggested periods in the application form.

The catch as it were is that as a Guinea Pig, you willl take on a job for VisitDenmark. We would like you to review your holiday in different ways. Firstly, you have to answer a questionnaire before, during and after your trip. But much more importantly we want you to share your experiences with us and the rest of Britain.

During your stay, you will be asked to document your holiday through a diary, photos or maybe even film it. You must be willing to publish you experiences in writing and for your photos to be shown on our website or other places suggested by VisitDenmark. You don't have to be a professional writer or photographer, as long as you can express your experiences in an interesting way.

John Cleese Iceland video

How many people live in Iceland ?

John Cleese has the answer :

The video is a commercial featuring John Cleese for the Icelandic bank Kaupthing, from a couple of years ago. Rather unfortunate when you think about what has happened to Iceland's banks since.

Check Iceland Express for cheap flights to Reykjavik from all over Europe including London, Paris and Berlin.
